Одним из приоритетных направлений по улучшению эпидемиологической ситуации по туберкулезу в стране является повышение эффективности лечения и диспансерного наблюдения больных туберкулезом. Анализ эффективности диспансерного наблюдения больных туберкулезом за 6 лет показал целый комплекс недостатков, как медицинского, так и организационного характера, требующих неотложных мероприятий по их решению.

One of the priority trends in the improvement of the epidemiological situation in our country is increasing the efficiency of treatment and clinical follow-up of tuber-cular patients. Efficiency analysis of the 6-year-clinical follow-up of tubercular patients showed a complex of medical and organizational shortcomings requiring emergency measures for their elimination.
