В исследовании проведен анализ результатов лечения больных с острым коронарным синдромом на догоспитальном этапе: сравнивалась группа больных, получивших тромболитическую терапию (ТЛТ) и не получивших. Положительная динамика в первые 180 мин в группе с ТЛТ по ЭКГ– признакам у 63%, по клиническим признакам – у 84% больных, у пациентов, не получивших ТЛТ, положительная ЭКГ-динамика у 38%, клиническая динамика – у 59%. Методика ТЛТ эффективна и безопасна и может проводиться любой бригадой скорой и медицинской помощи.

The article presents the analysis of results of patients treatment with acute coronary syndrome at a pre-hospital stage has been made: the group of patients received ТLТ and not received was compared. Positive dynamics in group with ТLТ on electrocardiography attributes was found at 63 %, to clinical attributes at 84 % of the patients; in distinction from patients who did not received ТLТ: positive electrocardiography dynamics in 38%, clinical dynamics in 59%. ТLТ technique is effective and safe and can be spent by any emergency brigade.
