Проанализирована структура развития стенозов шейного эзофагогастроанастомоза (ЭГА) после эзофагогастропластики (ЭГП) желудочной трубкой по поводу доброкачественных заболеваний пищевода с выделением критических сроков формирования стриктур, оценена эффективность эндоскопических вмешательств в зоне соустья. Выявлено, что пациенты после ЭГП нуждаются в ранней плановой диспансеризации для своевременного выявления и коррекции стриктуры анастомоза.

To analyze cervical esophagogastroanastomosis strictures development pattern and critical periods after gastric tube esophagoplasty for benign esophageal diseases, to estimate endoscopic interventions efficacy at anastomosis. Patients after esophagogastroplasty need early follow-ups for timely anastomotic stricture detection and correction.
