Описаны подходы хирургической коррекции данной патологии у детей, предложен оригинальный способ хирургического лечения клинических проявлений несовершенного остеогенеза с использованием материалов из никелида титана. Преимущество материалов заключается в биоинертности и высокой прочности. Применение имплантов из никелида титана при хирургическом лечении несовершенного остеогенеза сокращает восстановительный период и улучшает качество жизни больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article defines urgency of the problem of brittle bones. It describes approaches of surgical correction of this pathology in children, offers original method of surgical treatment of clinical aspects of brittle bones using titanium nickelide materials. The advantage of materials consists in bioinertness and high resistibility.
