Проблема выбора хирургического лечения хронического геморроя остается актуальной и в настоящее время. Острота этой проблемы обусловлена прежде всего несовершенством применимых в настоящее время методов лечения и частотой осложнения в раннем послеоперационном периоде, а также в отдаленные сроки после геморроидэктомии. В свете развития стационарозамещающих форм возникает все больший интерес к оказанию малоинвазивных методов оперативного лечения при проктологических заболеваниях в амбулаторнополиклинических условиях.

The problem of choice of surgical treatment of chronic hemorrhoids keeps its actuality even today. The acuteness of this problem is primarily due to the imperfection of the applicable current methods of treatment and the frequency of complications in the early postoperative period, as well as in the remote terms after hemorrhoidectomy.
