Доказано достоверное увеличение артериального притока по системе A.hepatica communis, чем венозного, особенно у коренных лиц на ранних стадиях хронического билиарного панкреатита, постхолецистэктомического синдрома и хронического калькулезного холецистита. В дальнейшем появляется качественно новый признак – замедление венозного возврата крови, что является причиной повышения объемных величин кровообращения печени и признаком компенсаторно-приспособительного механизма. У коренных лиц качественная характеристика печеночного кровообращения на ранних стадиях заболевания выше, чем у лиц некоренной группы, на 7-8%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of ultrasonic research of hepatic hemodynamics at diseases of a hepatopancreasbiliary zone (HPBZ) in 152 patients are presented. The reliable increase in arterial inflow on A. hepatica communis system, than venous, is proved; especially in the indigenous, at early stages of chronic biliary pancreatitis, postcholecystectomy syndrome and chronic calculous cholecystitis. Further there is qualitatively new sign - delay of venous return of blood that is the cause of increase of volume sizes of blood circulation of a liver and a sign of the compensatory and adaptive mechanism.
