Рост заболеваемости и частота инвалидизации больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ) определяют необходимость поиска новых диагностических мероприятий и прогностических маркеров, направленных на раннее установление заболевания, оптимизацию и индивидуализацию лечения пациенток с целью дальнейшего повышения качества жизни больных и их физической и социальной реабилитации. Проведен анализ результатов гистологического исследования операционного материала рака молочной железы от женщин разных возрастных групп с последующим иммуногистохимическим (ИГХ) определением экспрессии мутантного гена-супрессора р53. Полученные данные свидетельствуют, что ИГХ-исследование экспрессии мутантного р53 коррелирует с высокой гистологической степенью злокачественности, что доказывает необходимость учета апоптоза в оценке злокачественного потенциала и прогноза РМЖ.

The increase of morbidity and invalidization frequency of patients with the breast cancer stipulate a necessity to find of the new diagnostic ways and prognostic markers with the aim for early diagnostic, optimization and individual way of therapy that will allow to improve the quality of life, patients physical and social rehabilitation. The results of histological research of operational materials from women of different age groups with the breast cancer with the subsequent immunohistochemistry (IHC) definition expression of mutation suppressor gene p53 are analyzed. Obtained data testify that IHC-research expression of mutation р53 correlates with high histological malignancy degree that proves need of the apoptoziz account in estimation of the malignant potential and defining breast cancer.
