Исследовались цереброренальные взаимоотношения между ранними признаками церебрального атеросклероза и уровнем расчетной скорости клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) с учетом влияния факторов риска (ФР) цереброваскулярных заболеваний у пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста Республики Саха (Якутия), страдающих хронической ишемией мозга (ХИМ), в зависимости от эколого-климатических условий региона проживания. Выявлена прямая положительная корреляционная связь между толщиной комплекса интима-медиа и средним значением СКФ, а также выявлена статистически достоверно значимая связь между ФР возникновения и прогрессирования хронической болезни почек и ХИМ, зависимая от эколого-климатических условий региона проживания.
