   Представлены результаты многолетнего мониторинга частоты новых случаев и распространенности врожденной гиперплазии коры надпочечников (ВГКН) у детей Республики Саха (Якутия). Результаты неонатального скрининга и регистра эндокринологического отделения Педиатрического центра РБ№1-НЦМ (Якутск) показали повышение частоты и распространенности ВГКН у детей Якутии. Эпидемиологические исследования должны стать основой для проведения глубоких молекулярно-генетических исследований ввиду высокой распространенности тяжелых форм ВГКН у детей Республики Саха (Якутия).

   The results of long-term monitoring of the frequency of new cases and the prevalence of congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) in children of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are presented. The results of neonatal screening and the registry of the endocrinology department of the Pediatric Center RB#1-NCM (Yakutsk) showed an increase in the incidence and prevalence of CAH in children in Yakutia. Epidemiological studies should become the basis for conducting in-depth molecular genetic studies due to the high prevalence of severe forms of CAH in children of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
