На основе 46 исследований выявлен ряд факторов, воздействие которых достоверно подтверждено. К ним относятся резкий перепад дневных температур, уровень витамина D, микроэлементный статус крови, персистенция герпес подобных вирусов и спектр сенсибилизации, характерный для конкретного региона.</p><p>Комплексный подход к диагностике, профилактике и терапии бронхиальной астмы с учетом этих факторов позволит персонализировать лечение конкретного пациента и улучшить эффективность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This systematic literature review analyzes the environmental factors that affect the course of bronchial asthma.
