<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A literature review was conducted on biomarkers, such as proteins, metabolites and other biological molecules found in biological fluids, as a tool that can improve the understanding of pathophysiological processes in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and contribute to the development of promising therapeutic approaches. The results of the systematic review show that biomarkers have significant potential for clinical application, but further standardization of technologies for their detection and analysis is required. The development of new platforms, such as POC systems using electrochemical biosensors, can provide fast and reliable diagnosis at all stages of TBI treatment. For further in-depth study, it is necessary to combine the efforts of the interdisciplinary research community, which will create personalized treatment strategies and improve long-term outcomes for patients.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>черепно-мозговая травма</kwd><kwd>биомаркеры восстановления</kwd><kwd>прогностические биомаркеры</kwd><kwd>диагностика ЧМТ</kwd><kwd>внеклеточные везикулы</kwd><kwd>GFAP</kwd><kwd>нейровоспаление</kwd><kwd>S-100b</kwd><kwd>UCH-L1</kwd><kwd>восстановление после травмы</kwd><kwd>систематический обзор</kwd><kwd>протеомные методы</kwd><kwd>персонализированное лечение</kwd><kwd>стратегии диагностики</kwd><kwd>прогностические модели</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>traumatic brain injury</kwd><kwd>biomarkers of recovery</kwd><kwd>prognostic biomarkers</kwd><kwd>diagnosis of TBI</kwd><kwd>extracellular vesicles</kwd><kwd>GFAP</kwd><kwd>neuroinflammation</kwd><kwd>S-100b</kwd><kwd>UCH-L1</kwd><kwd>recovery from injury</kwd><kwd>systematic review</kwd><kwd>proteomic methods</kwd><kwd>personalized treatment</kwd><kwd>diagnostic strategies</kwd><kwd>prognostic models</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Биомаркеры повреждения мозга при черепно-мозговой травме у детей / В.Г.
