Женщины, принимающие противоопухолевые препараты из группы цитостатиков, могут забеременеть во время лечения. Учитывая противоречивые мнения о влиянии этих препаратов на беременных и плод, было определено лечебное применение циклофосфамида и доксорубицина. Эти препараты являются представителями группы цитостатиков, по отдельности и в комбинации, в зависимости от дозы, влияют на наступление, течение беременности и развитие плода в пренатальном и раннем постнатальном периодах. Поскольку цитостатики при совместном применении вызывают резкое снижение количества половых гормонов, на их фоне ни одной беременности не наблюдалось. Результаты наших исследований показывают, что по сравнению с применением дозы 2,5 мг/кг доксорубицина и дозы 10 мг/кг циклофосфамида, циклофосфамид оказывает более сильное тератогенное и эффективное действие.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents information about a scientific study conducted to study changes in the course of pregnancy and its outcomes after administration of cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin to female white rats for therapeutic purposes. Women taking antitumor drugs from the cytostatic group may become pregnant during treatment. Given the conflicting opinions about the effect of these drugs on pregnant women and the fetus, it was determined how the therapeutic use of cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, which are representatives of the cytostatic group, individually and in combination, depending on the dose, affects the onset, course of pregnancy and fetal development in the prenatal and early postnatal periods. Since cytostatics, when used together, cause a sharp decrease in the amount of sex hormones, no pregnancies have been observed against the background of their use.
