Представлен анализ уровня комплаентности к профилактике тромбоэмболических осложнений пациентов после операций по эндопротезированию крупных суставов, проведенных в Республиканской больнице №2 г. Якутска с января 2012 по декабрь 2013 г. Исследования выявили низкий уровень комплаентности у пациентов, принимавших парентеральные низкомолекулярные гепарины с переходом на непрямые антикоагулянты.

The article presents an analysis of the level of compliance to the prevention of thromboembolic complications of patients after large joints replacement in the Republican Hospital №2, Yakutsk from January 2012 to December 2013. Studies have shown a low level of compliance in patients taking parenteral low molecular weight heparins with the transition to indirect anticoagulants.
