<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A study was conducted on 161 citizens of Yakutsk who had a new coronavirus infection in the period from March to December 2020. A high incidence of arterial hypertension, obesity, and lipid-metabolic disorders was revealed. The relationship of lipids, glucose and uric acid in blood serum, arterial hypertension, waist circumference with the severity of the new coronavirus infection was shown. The high prevalence of cardiovascular pathology and its risk factors among study participants requires long-term follow-up of patients with post-COVID syndrome, which prevents premature death from diseases of the circulatory system.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кардиоваскулярная патология</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>липидные нарушения</kwd><kwd>новая коронавирусная инфекция</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>Якутск</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cardiovascular pathology</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>lipid disorders</kwd><kwd>new coronavirus infection</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>Yakutsk</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Международный регистр “Анализ динамики коморбидных заболеваний у пациентов, перенесших инфицирование SARS-CoV-2” (AКТИВ SARS-CoV-2): анализ предикторов неблагоприятных исходов острой стадии новой коронавирусной инфекции / Г.П.
