Проведено исследование клинико-иммунологической эффективности препарата бронхо-ваксом в группе детей с рецидивирующими бронхитами. При анализе изменений иммунного статуса у детей с рецидивирующим бронхитом выявлены снижение показателей Т-клеточного звена и компонентов комплемента, содержания IFN-γ, FNO-ά, повышение уровня ЦИК. У обследованных детей с рецидивирующими бронхитами применялся препарат бронхо-ваксом. Терапия проводилась десятидневным курсом (1 капсула в день) в течение трех месяцев. В результате терапии препаратом бронхо-ваксом отмечены улучшение показателей иммунного статуса и отсутствие рецидивов бронхита в течение последующих 3 месяцев после проведенной терапии.

Here is a study of the clinical and immunological efficacy of broncho-vaxom in the group of children with recurrent bronchitis. In the analysis of changes of the immune status in children with we recurrent bronchitis revealed the decline in T-cell component and components of complement, increased levels of CIK, a reduced level of IFN-γ FNO-ά. examined children with recurrent bronchitis medication used broncho-vaxom. The therapy was carried out ten-day course (1 capsule per day) for three months. As a result of drug therapy of broncho-vaxom marked improvement in immune status and the absence of recurrence of bronchitis for the next 3 months after the therapy.
