Изучена структура врожденных пороков сердца (ВПС) и крупных сосудов у новорожденных в Республике Саха (Якутия). Вся доля группы септальных дефектов в сочетании с ФАП и КСлС составила 82,20% от всех ВПС (899). доля ВПР крупных сосудов составила 8,90% (80) от всех выявленных случаев ВПС. Сложные, комбинированные ВПС составили 4,67% (46) от всего количества выявленных ВПС. летальность составила 1,22% (11 случаев) от общего количества детей с ВПС (899) и формировалась за счет обструктивных поражений аорты и сложных пороков. В структуре ВПС имеется некоторое преобладание мальчиков: 476/52,94%. Выявлено абсолютное преобладание детей якутов с ВПС: 72,08% (648) всех выявленных случаев ВПС.

 

The structure of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and large vessels in the newborn in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was under study. All the share of septal defects group combined with 

functioning arterial duct and pulmonary artery valve stenosis was 82,20% of the all CHD (899). The CM of large vessels was 8, 90% (80) of all diagnosed cases of CHD. Complex, combined CHD were 4, 67% (46) of the total number of detected CHD. Mortality rate was 1.22% (11 cases) of the total number of children with CHD (899) and was formed by obstructive lesions of the aorta and complex defects. The CHD structure has a preponderance of boys: 476/52, 94%. The absolute predominance of children Yakuts with CHD was revealed: 72, 08% (648) of all diagnosed cases of CHD.
