В условиях Городского детского сурдологического центра обследованы дети с подтвержденным нарушением слуха для выявления факторов, влияющих на психомоторное развитие детей с депривацией слуха. Выявлено, что более половины детей с сенсоневральной тугоухостью имеют другие поражения нервной системы, среди которых преобладает нарушение статико-динамической функции; в структуре нарушений развития закономерно доминирует задержка речевого развития; тотальная задержка развития выявлена почти у трети обследованных детей. Обследование детей с депривацией слуха демонстрирует разнообразность неврологической картины и неравномерность развития различных функций, что является основанием для создания индивидуальных программ медико-социальной помощи этим детям.

In the City children’s surdology center we examined children with confirmed hearing disorder to identify the factors influencing the psychomotor development of children with hearing deprivation. We revealed that more than half of the children with sensor neural hearing loss had other disorders of the nervous system, and among them problems with balance function prevailed; among development disorders speech delay prevailed naturally, comparing to other deviations; total developmental retardation by the sum of all subscales was detected in one third of the cases. This observation of children with hearing deprivation shows a variety of neurological conditions and irregularities of different functions’ development, and this material may become the basis for individual programs of medical-social help for these children.
