Показано, что трёхступенчатая оценка степени тяжести пневмонии позволяет более адекватно оценить степень тяжести заболевания и тем самым обеспечить не только более точную сортировку больных по выбору места лечения, но и аргументированно решить вопрос о необходимости госпитализации в стационар и определить наиболее рациональную терапию заболевания.

Comparative analysis of two-step (non-severe, severe) and three-step (mild, moderate, severe) assessment of the severity of community- acquired pneumonia in the military men, performing military service is done.

It is shown that a three-stage evaluation of the severity of pneumonia allows more adequately assess the degree of severity of the disease and thus provide not only more accurate triage on site selection of treatment, but convincingly decide on the hospitalization need and determine the most rational treatment of the disease.
