В работе использованы материалы популяционного одномоментного исследования, полученные в рамках проекта <HAPIEE> в 2002- 2005 гг. («детерминанты сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в Восточной Европе: когортное исследование»). У 73,2% (6875) лиц из общей выборки (9397 чел.) в возрасте 45-69 лет изучена функция внешнего дыхания: трехкратное измерение объема форсированного выдоха за 1-ю секунду (ОФВ1), форсированной жизненной ёмкости легких (ФЖЕЛ). При изучении вероятности формирования БОС для лиц с анамнезом курения по отношению к некурящим было получено, что у мужчин-курильщиков БОС формируется в 3,2 раза чаще, у женщин- курильщиц – в 1,7 раза чаще, чем у некурящих; у мужчин-экс-курильщиков БОС формируется в 2 раза чаще, у женщин-экс-курильщиц – в 2,1 раза чаще, чем у некурящих; у периодически курящих лиц не выявлено большей вероятности развития БОС. При анализе популяционных показателей выявлена отрицательная корреляционная связь компонентов БОС (ОФВ1, ОФВ1/ ФЖЕЛ) с индексом курящего человека. результаты исследования показали, что на формирование БОС оказывают влияние наличие анамнеза курения, интенсивность и продолжительность курения.

We used populational one-shot study materials obtained within the project <HAPIEE> in 2002-2005 (“Determinants of cardiovascular diseases in Eastern Europe: a cohort study”). In 73.2% (6875) of sample (9397 prs) aged 45-69 years we studied respiratory function: triple measurement of forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC). In studying the possibility of bronchial obstruction syndrome (BOS) for individuals with a history of smoking in relation to non-smokers it was found that in male smokers BOS formed in 3.2 times more often, in women - smokers – in 1.7 times more often than in non-smokers; in men - ex-smokers BOS formed in two times more often, in female ex-smokers – in 2.1 times more often than in non-smokers; in periodically smoking persons there was no tendency to BOS. At the analysis of population indices we revealed negative correlation of BOS components (FEV1, FEV1/FVC) with smoker index. The results showed that smoking history, intensity and duration of smoking affect the BOS formation.
