На основе стандартизованных по возрасту и рассчитанных на 100 тыс. населения показателей заболеваемости раком шейки матки (РШМ) и смертности от него представлен анализ сложившейся ситуации в девяти субъектах России, территории которых полностью или частично расположены в Арктике, с 2016 по 2020 г.В большинстве субъектов заболеваемость РШМ и ее динамика, а также динамика смертности в течение анализируемого периода показывают худшие результаты, чем в России в целом. Наиболее уязвимым в отношении РШМ в текущее время является население Красноярского края, а также Ненецкого и Чукотского автономных округов. Поэтому на этих территориях особенно требуется применение новых и усиление имеющихся мероприятий, направленных на профилактику РШМ, его раннее выявление и повышение эффективности лечения.

On the basis of age-standardized and calculated per 100,000 population cervical cancer (CC) incidence and mortality rates, an analysis of the prevailing over 5 years, from 2016 to 2020, is presented. The analysis of CC data was conducted among nine state entities of Russia, whose territories are wholly or partially located in the Arctic. The calculations carried out using the Friedman’s and Wilcoxon tests, as well as the T-test showed that in these territories there is an unfavorable situation in relation to CC. In most state entities, the CC incidence and its dynamics, as well as the dynamics of CC mortality over five years from 2016 to 2020 show worse results than in Russia as a whole. Nowadays the population of Krasnoyarski Krai, Nenetski and Chukotski Autonomous Okrugs are mostly exposed to cervical cancer. Therefore, these territories especially require the use of new and strengthening of existing measures aimed at the CC prevention, early detection and improvement of treatment.
