Установлено, что во всех возрастных группах велико распространение недостаточности местной и общей иммунной защиты, проявляющееся в снижении активности фагоцитоза, сорбционной способности эпителия, повышении уровней ЦИК и снижении количества sIgA. Во всех группах наблюдаются повышенные показатели содержания патогенной и условно-патогенной микрофлоры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work is to analyze the changes in the characteristics of general and local immune responses in children of different age groups. It has been established that in all age groups there is high insufficiency of local and general immune defense, manifested in the decreased activity of phagocytosis, sorption capacity of the epithelium, increase in CEC levels and a decrease in the number of sIgA.
