Выявлено, что хорошее приживление и эпителизация аутодермотрансплантатов в большей степени зависели от подготовки реципиентного ложа и создания оптимальных условий для заживления на основе использования перевязочных средств, чем от какого-либо дополнительного воздействия. При этом осложнения в виде нагноения ран с лизисом пересаженных аутодермотрансплантатов чаще всего выявлялись при применении повязок, не содержащих антибактериальные препараты. Предложена рациональная тактика ведения ожоговых ран после аутодермопластики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: Comparative study of effectiveness of different dressings for application on transplanted split perforated autodermotransplants.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: Clinical and laboratory evaluation of autodermoplasty made in 108 patients with deep lesions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: It was revealed that good engraftment and epithelialization of autodermotransplants largely depended on the preparation of recipient bed and creation of optimal conditions for healing through use of dressings, rather than on any additional manipulations.
