Целью исследования является оценка обеспеченности витаминами, микро- и макроэлементами суточного рациона сельских коренных жителей Якутии. Анализ содержания макро- и микроэлементов в суточном рационе показал выраженную недостаточность таких минеральных веществ, как кальций и магний, и избыточное содержание в потребляемом рационе фосфора и натрия. При анализе витаминного состава рациона выявлен острый дефицит потребления витаминов группы В (В1, РР), витамина С.

The assessment of content of vitamins and nutrients in a daily ration of natives of Yakutia is shown in this article. The analysis has revealed the low-grade macro and micronutrient content in the ration, especially of such elements as calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg), as well as the excess of phosphorus (P) and sodium (Na) in the daily food. The acute deficiency of vitamins B (B1, PP) and C is detected in the analysis of vitamin content of the ration.
