В статье приведены результаты исследования уровня лептина у больных с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) в зависимости от формы течения стенокардии (стабильная и нестабильная). Установлено, что дестабилизация течения ИБС характеризуется повышением уровня лептина и увеличением количества его корреляционных связей с факторами кардиоваскулярного риска по сравнению с больными стабильной стенокардией.

The research detected a leptin level at patients with ischemic heart disease subject to the course of stenocardia (stable or instable). We established that destabilization of the IBS course is characterized by elevation of leptin level and increase of a number of its correlation relationship with factors of cardiovascular risk in comparison with patients with stable stenocardia.
