В сообщении обсуждаются вопросы механизмов холодового и ишемического повреждения биологических объектов, рассматриваются механизмы повреждения тканей и органов после отогревания и препараты криозащиты биологических объектов. Особое внимание уделено препаратам с антиоксидантными свойствами для фармакологической защиты тканей от холодовой ишемии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Temperature is the most important environmental factor affecting humans and animals. The effect of low temperatures on biological objects depends on the degree of phylogenetic maturity of the organism and is realized through various mechanisms including in vitro and in vivo conditions. The report discusses the mechanisms of cold and ischemic damage to biological objects, examines the mechanisms of damage to tissues and organs after heating, and cryoprotection products of biological objects.
