Эпидемиологические данные свидетельствуют о частом сочетании СД 2 типа и НАЖБП, характеризующейся накоплением липидов как в самих гепатоцитах, так и в межклеточном пространстве. В последнее время большое значение придается генетической обусловленности НАЖБП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this paper, we analyzed the polymorphism rs738409 of the adiponuclein gene (PNPLA3) among the indigenous inhabitants of the North of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Under the constant influence of low temperatures, the human body needs a high level of energy metabolism, which in turn is accompanied by a significant consumption of lipids. Epidemiological data indicate the frequent combination of type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) characterized by accumulation of lipids both in the hepatocytes themselves and in the intercellular space.
