Инфекционный процесс был осложнен двусторонней внебольничной пневмонией.</p><p>На фоне прогрессирования дыхательной недостаточности, острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома женщина родоразрешена путем кесарева сечения в экстренном порядке в сроке 39 недель. Родилась живая доношенная девочка, без асфиксии. На 2-е сутки послеоперационного периода у пациентки диагностирован сепсис, поражение паренхимы легких составило 75-100%.</p><p>Многокомпонентная терапия, включая рекомбинантные моноклональные антитела к рецептору интерлейкина-6, привела к улучшению состояния</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents a clinical case of a severe course of COVID-19 in a pregnant woman. The infectious process was complicated by bilateral out-of-hospital pneumonia.</p><p>Against the background of progressing respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome woman delivered by emergency cesarean section at 39 weeks' gestation. A live, premature baby girl was born, without asphyxia. The patient's condition remained extremely serious.
