В республике Саха (Якутия) доля ДТЗ в структуре эндокринной патологии занимает 2,3%. По частоте встречаемости ДТЗ на первых местах находятся арктические районы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents historical and modern ideas about Graves’ disease (GD), new approaches in treatment and diagnostics and the results of studies of foreign and domestic scientists on the role of genetic factors in the development of GD. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the share of GD in the structure of endocrine pathology ranks 2.3%.
