Установлено, что у большинства беременных рацион глубоко дефицитен по энергетической ценности и всем пищевым веществам. Изучены показатели «красной крови» (RBC, HGB, Ht, МСн, МСнС, MCV, RDW, PLT) и обмена железа (сывороточное железо, ферритин, трансферрин) у беременных, родильниц, новорождённых детей. Установлена высокая частота железодефицитных состояний у беременных женщин, родильниц и их новорождённых детей. доказано, что дефицит железа негативно влияет на течение беременности, родов, состояние плода и новорождённого. Проведённый канонический корреляционный анализ выявил значимую взаимосвязь показателей крови в I и II триместрах с содержанием белка и минералов (железа, натрия, калия, кальция, магния, фосфора) в рационе матери.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Actual nutrition of pregnant women was studied on a basis of epidemiological research. It is established that rations of a majority of the pregnant women are profoundly deficient in an energy value and all nutrients. Parameters of «red blood» (RBC, HGB, Ht, MCH, MCHC, MCV, RDW and PLT) and iron metabolism (serum iron, ferritin and transferrin) of the pregnant women, puerperas and newborns were studied. A high frequency of iron deficiency states among the pregnant women, puerperas and their newborns is determined. It is proved that the iron deficiency negatively affects a course of the pregnancy, childbirth, a condition of a fetus and newborn.
