Приведен оригинальный способ определения степени нарушения эвакуаторной функции желудка у больных с рубцово-язвенным стенозом двенадцатиперстной кишки. Способ включает в себя проведение суточного интрагастрального pH-мониторинга, с подсчетом количества дуоденогастральных рефлюксов и определение значений показателей: «отношение pH в теле желудка к pH в антральном отделе желудка», «разброс pH в кардиальном отделе желудка», и расчетом прогностических коэффициентов. Точность определения степени нарушения эвакуаторной функции желудка заявленным способом составила 92%.

The paper presents an original method for determining the degree of impaired evacuation function of the stomach in patients with duodenal ulcer stenosis.The method includes conducting daily intragastric pH monitoring, counting the number of duodenogastric refluxes and determining the values of the indicators: «the ratio of pH in the body of the stomach to the pH in the antrum of the stomach», «the variation of pH in the cardiac section of the stomach», and the calculation of prognostic factors. The accuracy of determining the degree of violation of the evacuation function of the stomach of the claimed method was 92%.
