На основе биохимических исследований определяли выраженность основных патогенетических синдромов повреждения печени, выявляли интенсивность процессов перекисного окисления липидов и морфологические изменения органа. Использование фитополиэкстракта способствовало коррекции функционального состояния печени, снижению цитолиза и холестаза, уменьшению гипоальбуминемии и проявлений гипокоагуляции, угнетению интенсивности процессов перекисного окисления липидов и улучшению морфологической структуры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of our research was in defining hepatoprotective properties of new complex plant supplement on a rat model of D-galactosamine hepatitis. The new complex drug supplement is a dry extract consisting of Hypecoum erectus L., Hedysarum dauricum, Glycyrhhiza uralensis Fisch., Calendula officinalis and Scutellaria baicalensis. Intensity of the main pathogenetic syndromes was evaluated by biochemical tests, lipid peroxidation grade and morphological research.
