Выявлено, что применение малоинвазивных эндоскопических технологий в ранней диагностике послеоперационного желчеистечения желчного пузыря и желчевыводящих путей позволяет определить характер этого осложнения, оптимальный метод устранения, обосновать переход к конверсии, а также избежать неуместных рецидивов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The effectiveness of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients who developed bile flow after surgery on the gallbladder and bile ducts was investigated.
