Выявлено преобладание у них генотипа GG (58,5%) с частотой аллеля G 74,1%. нормально функционирующий белок гена PNPLA3 регулирует активность триглицеридной гидролазы и ацилтрансферазы лизофосфатидной кислоты. Вероятно, высокая частота мутантного аллеля G у якутов с Сд 2-го типа может являться одной из причин нарушения механизма липидного обмена в печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Polymorphism of the I148M Gene of the PNPLA3 Gene was studied in patients with type 2 diabetes of the Yakut nationality. The predominance of the GG Genotype (58.5%) with a G-allele frequency of 74.1% was revealed. The normally functioninG protein of the PNPLA3 Gene reGulates the activity of triGlyceride hydrolase and lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase.
